weight COACHING by julia bright

Imagine a life free from constant worries about weight and food.

Eating shouldn’t feel like a daily battle of decisions, restrictions, and guilt. But for many, it does. Our bodies are complex, and food isn’t just fuel—it can be nourishment, comfort, medicine, distraction, or joy. Trying to strip away the emotional and habitual roles of food without understanding them often leads to frustration. That’s why diets fail. They impose rigid rules without addressing the deeper patterns that drive our choices.

But there’s a better way. You don’t have to starve yourself. You don’t have to give up the foods you love. With the right structure, accountability, and small, lasting changes, eating can become effortless.

And I know how to help you. But first, let me tell you my story.

MY STORY IN BRIEF

My struggle with food started early—strict rules, constant dieting, and a battle between love, guilt, and control.

For years, I tried everything—Keto, therapy, dietitians, intense exercise. Nothing lasted. Even at my fittest, I learned a hard truth: exercise alone won’t fix weight struggles.

At 30, CBT helped me lose 13kg, and I thought I’d cracked the code—until life changed, and it stopped working. That’s when I realised: understanding food isn’t enough. Therapy eases guilt, but it won’t change habits. Diets ignore real life. And lasting change? Impossible without support.

I’ve lived this for 40 years—so you don’t have to.
